Cleveland Flea 9/14/13-Recap!

Well, this is a first-I actually took pictures at the Flea! Only took me four dates to remember to do so...
Thanks to a wonderful article by Alison Carey at the Plain Dealer (and GORGEOUS weather!) there was a great turnout and I had the pleasure of meeting a lot of new customers and vendors. I'm especially enjoying the little Flea community that's developing and having repeat customers!

Fall Is Coming

Like most people, as much as I enjoy the sun-dresses and open-toed shoes of summer, the boots and scarves of fall hold a special place in my sartorial heart! 

Cleveland has been 'blessed' with 90 degree temperatures the last couple of days (we set a record high of 96 degrees on Tuesday!) and frankly, I am happy to see that go. Luckily, as I write, the temperature is dropping and we're looking at sunny with a high of 63 for this Saturdays' Flea. Hallelujah! 

To get us excited for the slowly dropping temperatures, I've posted some pics of some new-to-the-shop crisp weather goodies for sale this Saturday!

Flea Inspiration

Well, everyone, another Cleveland Flea is upon us. Hurrah! I wasn't able to participate last month because of The Color Run, but I'm so excited to be back for September! Like before, I want to share a little bit of what's inspiring me for displays. Hopefully you'll be able to come out and see some of this inspiration in practice!

Lots of industrial, distressed pieces for display. I was lucky to find some really cool pieces at the Medina Flea Market and hope to incorporate (and possibly sell!) them.
